This annual award, sponsored by the Brunetti Bequest, recognizes his leadership and contributions to energy-efficient steep slope devices and technologies. This recognition also highlights the international impact of ongoing efforts of the SwissChips research initiative, which continues to advance the quest for energy-efficient technologies and their integration into future integrated circuits for Edge AI.
